I struggled with acne for a long time back and it’s embarrassing to wear swimsuits and tank tops. I’ve heard of Murad acne spray, but I’m not sure if it works. What treatment / wash / spray are more effective?

Two things have always worked for me (which took baddddd bacne) and honestly the two best things to use are: Neutrogena acne body wash (and orange) and, frankly, a piece of soap. Soap is really good for the skin and my skin cleared up more than anything else I could use. Removes your oil for the body and clears the skin quickly. And it’s cheap!
I used proactive, it’s worth more pennies. I had acne so bad I had to wear boxers over his pants, so my legs do not touch, that’s how I was broken.

Use Neutrogena Acne Body Wash. It worked wonders for me. I had horrible back acne embarrassing until I started using this drug. It is amazing.
None Clearasil line or you can do what I do and use rubbing alcohol.
I use aloe vera, because I have too. and some situations where it is a bit ‘annoying as you say, but just put aloe vera and shouldget the oil out of your skin in no time.
Murad work well for the face, but I prefer to just wash again well under the shower and always make sure to clean shirts after sport and all ça.kay um ew bye yah.
I say mask proactive. I know it sounds hard to apply every night, but it works. Or, theres 3 stages of proactive, you can simply use the liquid phase and you should see the results. I did it!
